Deployment Order
For a new cluster, a typical deployment order is:
- Cilium — CNI, Gateway API and L2 load balancer IPs
- OpenEBS or NFS CSI — storage
- cert-manager — TLS certificates
- Prometheus — monitoring
- Vault (apps/vault) — secrets management
